On The Park Rejuvenation is a place of rest and relaxation. Please respect the privacy of other guests by keeping noise to a minimum.

Appointments
Appointments are essential to secure your preferred date and time. All appointments can be guaranteed with a valid credit card, gift certificate or hotel room number. Please call 02 9286 6830 or ext. 6830 from within the hotel.

Arrival Time
We recommend you arrive 15 minutes before your appointment time to complete your consultation form, change into appropriate attire and relax prior to your treatment. As a courtesy to all our guests, treatments are completed as scheduled. Arriving late will shorten your time spent with us.

Couples
Our couples area consists of two separate but adjacent Treatment Rooms with extensive views over Sydney Harbour and Hyde Park. This area can be locked off to be your own private treatment sanctuary. Make your treatment selection for yourself and your partner from our Menu and remember to request the couples area when making your appointment.

Health Considerations
Please inform us of any special medical conditions. If you suffer from allergies, physical ailments or are pregnant, some treatments may not be advisable.

Spa Attire
Please wear whatever clothes are comfortable for you.  Our therapists will ensure you are discreetly draped at all times during your treatment.  Lockers are available for your personal belongings. We will provide you with a robe and slippers and disposable underwear for your comfort during all body treatments.

Please leave valuables in your room or at home as we cannot take responsibility for misplaced or stolen belongings.

Payment
On The Park Rejuvenation accepts cash and all major credit cards. Hotel guests may charge their treatments to room accounts.
Please note a 10% surcharge applies on Public Holidays

Cancellations
We understand sometimes you may need to change your schedule. To avoid a fee being charged, we require a minimum 2 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations with less than 2 hours notice will incur a 50% fee and non-arrivals will be charged at 100% of the treatment rate. Group bookings (3 or more people) require 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule.
