In his professional teaching career, he has taught yoga and meditation to Hollywood and Australian celebrities, Italian Royalty, international sport stars, politicians; and has appeared in Vogue, Harpers Bazaar and Men's Health magazine. His teaching style is rooted firmly in the traditional combined with the flair of the modern understanding. He is also a Chi Gung master and bodywork specialist. Available Yoga Classes
1. Warrior Yoga: based on the Vinyasa tradition, this fast moving class sculpts lean, strong and healthy bodies. This class is more vigorous and an excellent introduction to yoga for people who are used to active workout sessions. 2. Priestly Yoga: a more gentle form of yoga, excellent for those not used to exercise. In this class the yoga poses are held for longer and explored in more detail - delving into stillness. 3. Pranayama: ancient yogic breathing techniques that confer greater health, well-being and calmness of mind. 4. Chi Gung/Nei Gung: Taoist health and vitality techniques involving co-ordination of mind, breath and body. Nei Gung refers to the internal exercises that are the foundation and power behind Tai Chi and martial arts. Excellent exercise for the elderly.
